A HAPPY ENDING

Last summer, I went to Amsterdam with my family. It was our first day and we were very nervous and excited. Amsterdam is very beautiful and we took a lot of photos, but when I looked for the mobile it wasn't there!

We were worried. We ran to the police office. We didn't have much time, so we took a taxi. We arrived in the police office and a police attend us.

Luckily the policeman had my mobile!! At the moment I felt very pleased because I could enjoy the summer.

MY ROWING TEAM

RULES

Our rowing team is strict and funny, but we still have to follow a few simple rules. In the training we don't have to wear the official clothes, but in the competitions we must wear our tracksuit. We must always be on time for training.

TRAINING

We train every day except Sunday. We always begin with a running session or with a rowing simulation. After that we sometimes train in the gym or in the lake. The training is funny and very strict. We don't have to go training when we have school exams.

REGATTAS

We complete once a month. Sometimes we row in Banyoles, but other times in Amposta, Sevilla or France. We usually travel by bus. The regattas are very hard. When we finish we feel very happy.

WRITING A SCHOOL PROFILE

OUR SCHOOL

RULES:

Our school is a nice, big, old secondary school. We can arrive at the school by bike. We don't have to wear the primary uniform. It was a horrible, green and white dressing grown.

SUBJECTS AND HOMEWORK

We can choose some subjects to study. We have some options, the first is French or theater, and the second P.E.T or English project. We have to study a lot, specially languages like Catalan, Spanish, English and French. At home, we have a lot of homework every day. We usually have 2 exams per subject every term.

THE TIMETABLE

We divide our school year into 3 different terms. The timetable doesn't change. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays classes are from 9 to 5 and Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 to 3:00 we have a short break.
